Wok E-Z Site and Shopping Cart Help

GENERAL SITE HELP:

If some menu items or links are not responding it is because this site uses JavaScript.  Please enable JavaScript in your browser and reload or refresh the page you are visiting.  JavaScript is ONLY used to help you maneuver easier through this site and to check that proper information is filled in on our shopping cart.  We do not collect any information from you other than what is needed to send you our sauces. We do not share this information with anyone.  All credit card information is handled solely by PayPal and is not available to us or anyone else.

GENERAL CART DIRECTIONS: 

Note: You must have JavaScript and session cookies enabled to use cart!

To use our cart, simply select the quantity of each sauce you want.  The costs will automatically update on your screen except for the tax, shipping , and final costs.  You can change your order as you wish and if you want to completely start over just click Reset Order Form and all quantities and costs will go to zero. Next, fill in the Billing Name and Address form (see hint below).  If the shipping address is the same as the billing address then the shipping address will automatically be filled in for you.    If the address is not the same, select the No button at the far right and add the required information.  Please note that the values marked with a red asterisk  are required information. If you want to start over with the address,  you can click on the button marked Clear Address and all values will be removed.  If that's not what you intended to do, then click on the Oops! button and all the values will return.

After you have filled in the above information, click on the button labeled Calculate Final Cost ( If any information is missing, a requester will alert you as to what is needed). The cart will calculate the shipping cost and/or tax if applicable and return with the values.  At this point if you make any changes the cart will automatically blank the shipping cost, tax, and final costs. Just re-click on the Calculate Final Cost and everything will be updated.  At this point, if everything is acceptable to you,  click on the button labeled Submit Order For PayPal Payment and your order will be passed on to PayPal for a safe and secure credit card transaction.

Hint: A quick way to fill out the address form is to use the tab key on your keyboard.  Start with the Billing Name and Address  Name: First  field and when that is filled in press the tab key to accept and move automatically to the next field. When you come to the state just press the first letter of your state and it will appear.  If your state has the same first letter as another than just keep pressing the first letter until you see the one you want. For example: press the letter "c" once and California will appear; press "c" again and Colorado will appear; press "c" again and Connecticut will appear.  As usual, press the tab key to accept and move to the next field.  Of course the mouse works as well but this method is sometimes faster and easier.
